What can I expect in my first session?

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other.

1) I will go over the forms and policies and answer any questions you may have.

2) I’ll invite you to share what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and we’ll explore how we can work together. If it’s a session for your child, we can discuss how involved you’d like to be and how we’ll communicate going forward.

3) Discuss goals for further sessions

4) Book more sessions

How do I book a session?

1) Each session is approximately 50 minute sessions but charged for 60 minutes incase we go over time and for me to complete my notes.

2) Pricing is based on 60 minute sessions to ensure that my notes are completed as well to give us a little extra time if needed.

Individual Sessions- $150

3) Frequency depends on your goals and where you are at.

For children, I recommend bi-weekly until rapport is built
